Return Policy

Defective Merchandise
Marco Island Clothing will repair, replace, or credit your charge card for defective merchandise.  Just return the item with a copy of your original invoice.  No additional shipping charges will be will incurred by the Purchaser if we repair or replace the defective item.

Exchange and Return Policy
Marco Island Clothing will accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of the invoice date.  A copy of the invoice MUST accompany the return along with an explanation of the return. 
Footwear must be returned in their original box in new, unworn condition.  Footwear and the original box must be returned in a corrugated shipping carton.
Return shipping cost are the responsibility of the customer.
All returns must be shipped via UPS.
We will refuse all returns that do not meet the conditions listed above.
Shoes which have been soiled, mishandled, abused, or missing tags will be returned to the Purchaser.  No credit will be issued and the Purchaser will be charged for the return shipment.  The Purchaser will forfeit all claims.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who, in our opinion, makes excessive returns or exchanges.
